Is it all gas or dual fuel? What company do you have?
Does it have sabbath mode, cook time, delay cooking etc?

No- electric is better for oven and gas for stove top. My house gets so hot from a massive 36” oven heating up with gas. I did it to save the difference on oven but wasn’t worth it
