Do you mean the new chassidish chede ohr torah?
From what I know, it's a very frum crowd.

From what I understood, it's chassidish with a different approach to learning. Instead of learning the beginning of every weekly parsha, every year, they are focusing on covering more chumash, more like the girls learn, b'iyun.
I don't know if there are other differences, but I think this is their distinction.

Anything specific you’d like to know ? They require parents to be 100% on board with their learning system. The kids start cheder very early from kita beis I think . The boys seem to be very happy.
I’m not sure if they have playground for younger kids. Classrooms look ok even if it’s in trailers
Mothers are not allowed to have smartphones, driving is not really an issue afaik. It’s a very chasidish place and they’re getting stricter with who they accept now that they built themselves up.

Thank you for this information. I know of a woman who sends there and wears a shpitzel and of one who wears a longer sheitel and doesn’t shave her hair. Is it that of a mix?

Yes I’d def say a mix. I will say though that the first year the accepted almost everyone, didn’t really focus on external and now they definitely are being more picky and looking for more to the chasidish side, shorter wig, white buttoned shirt for the men, wear suit and hat , no trimming beard etc..

different monsey schools. but mostly very chassidish I believe. the way of learning is radically different than any other cheder in the US. more similar to some Israeli chedarim, mainly in bb iirc. but the boys and parents are all thrilled there. its a very positive place.
