I did balloons that matched the color scheme, in the balloon holder things you can get.

You can stack brownies to make Tefillin shapes, which would be cute and delicious too!

Take a hoola hoop
spray in gold
cut out bottom and attach to a gold plate
put some fake/real flowers on the plate
hand this crystal strings
