I'm looking at vacation rentals and hotels in Jerusalem for a trip in the winter. Can you tell me how central any of these neighborhoods are? Let's say I'd like to be within a 15 minute walk of the Ben Yeuda/King George/Yaffo street intersections.

German Colony
Baka
Katamon
Old Katamon
Nahalaot

Thank yo.

Only Nachlaot fits your criteria.
Katamon / Old Katamon and German Colony will be more like 30 min walk.
Baka 35 min.
Rehavia and shaarei chesed would work, as well as city center.

Nachlaot is the nearest, Shaarei chessed next, then Rechavia, then Talbieh. The others you mentioned are quite a bit further out.

Talbieh is a bit farther out (different direction than Naclaot) but also walkable.
Honestly, all your options are great for tourists even if they’re a bit far out (longish walk, short cab or bus ride away).
It’s winter so could be really bad walking weather and you might end up taking public transportation anyway.
