It’s nice to see frum women interested in exercise. Some pointers, from a woman who has weight trained for a very long time. Most important, your deadlift form is incorrect. Also, when teaching others, it is super important to articulate the correct form one should use so they can exercise effectively, and avoid getting injured.
Ankle taps are more effective with a light weight in each hand.
Side note you are not fully exhausting any one muscle group.

Thanks for the feedback! This is actually my first workout video where I don’t explain the exercises. I figured I’d try different styles of videos in which I don’t talk. And thanks for letting me know about the deadlift. Ironically I googled and watched how to do a correct deadlift but when I watched my video back, I saw my form was incorrect and was going to write a comment about it but forgot. I’ll write a comment now.
