I'm looking for food storage containers like oxo that are not too pricey to store flour, sugar, pasta etc.

I would prefer to spend less than $10 per container. Does that exist?

I use the Rubbermaid modular storage containers. They're rectangular and have red lids.
Rubbermaid Rubbermiad Modular Canisters Food Storage, 8-Piece Set, clear https://a.co/d/f8GY0ml

They have one for 6 lbs flour and one for 5 lbs sugar.

Do they have a small opening to pour the items out or you have to remove the whole lid to do so?

Eta: I'm really looking for something that has an opening within the cover that's why I'm asking and it doesn't seem like this item has that.

No the whole lid comes off. I use measuring cups usually anyway

I go to stores like marshals/tj max/ Burlington
They have great organization containers for discounted prices.
It's a hit or miss but worth a shot

Yes I have them. They are terrific. I use them for everything in my kitchen. Makes the cabinets so much neater.
