Im looking for a recipe for Recipe for Baked Vegetable Burgers using frozen Mixed Vegetables (no fish, no beans) and possibly oats as filler?

I know Ive made this and they were great but I cant locate the recipe.

I made those yesterday and it was delicious.
Very similar to Dr pragers veggies burger in taste.
I used frozen mixed vegetables, a bag of frozen pre-cooked brown rice(got it in my food boxes!) And cans of beans. For filler I used coarsely ground oats. Lots of spices(I used salt,pepper,cumin,paprika) and fried onions/garlic.
Sorry just saw that you don't want to add beans! Sad
