Just curious, when people here announce their Birthdays or anniversaries, are you talking about your hebrew or English one?

we always use our Hebrew, unless we are speaking for government purposes like taxes, birth certificates.
we were taught and hold that only the Hebrew has any significance.

I understand that from the Reb. sichos that the Hebrew one takes pref. although the English one has some significance.

We dont really "celebrate" any, but we mention it on both. But the age definitely changes on the hebrew.
