There's a standard rate for all public universities, like those you mentioned.
About 10,000 shekels a year for a bachelor's degree
About 15,000 shekels a year for a master's.
Private colleges generally charge much more.

If you are a new immigrant, you may be eligible to receive in higher degree of education for free. This does depend on your age and if you do have a prior degree and what that is. But my spouse went to frum college for free.

The university is allowed to add a certain amount for security and social services. A few years ago I paid 12,000₪ a year.
Someone who has done the army or Sherut Leumi gets a grant towards their higher education. There are sometimes other grants available for particular groups.

It's about 12,000 ₪ for year, that's without dorming or food plan.
I'm not actually sure if ANY of them have food plans. Dorms are decent price, or at least 15 years ago they were 🤣
As a bonus, you get to multiply the cost/year by 3 instead of 4, because unlike most US bachelor's degrees, MOST Israeli ones are finished in 3 years.

There's lots of scholarships and organizations that give money. All my chareidi friends went for free. It was a lot of time and energy to find out about all the scholarships and stuff and apply for all them.
I think you get for being female as well, there's ones you can apply for if you are from a family of a large amount of children too etc.
There's organizations that are well versed in all this and can direct you. The government wants more chareidi people to go to college.
