Looking for meals to freeze in 9X13s. Where I can just pop out of freezer and defrost on counter or oven for a full meal.
My main problems are the starches, what can be frozen well?
Meanwhile I have:
Lasagna (frozen raw- goes straight in oven)
Tuna balls + tomato sauce + rice (when the sauce is over the rice it isn't too bad defrosted)
Falafel balls + pitas + techina- defrost & cut up veggies.
Mini pizzas
Soups (& kneidlach)
Any ideas are great!!

chicken on rice
shwarma chicken on a tray and serve with pita
shepherd's pies freeze brill.

I did not have a good experience freezing Shepards pie. If you have a way that was successful without the potatoes getting to watery I would love to hear.

Meatballs and spaghetti. Spaghetti can be frozen just don't overcook it and add a drop of oil before freezing it so it doesn't stick together.

Different types of chicken
Meatballs (you can make pasta while it is defrosting)
Fish

Whenever I freeze chicken I find it gets much more fluffy and sometimes even tastes old. Anyone have tips?
