I am looking for an ABA Preschool that goes through insurance that also has a very strong one on one floortime approach.
Does anyone know of any such places in Lakewood?

Call Achieve ABA. They work very well with insurances.

Does Brain Builders do floortime or are they more ABA based?
I don't mind if my son gets a little ABA thrown in but I'm looking for a place where majority of his day will be floortime

I don't think floor time is billable.
BrainBuilders is ABA based but they incorporate other approaches too. The ABA is done by very loving morahs /therapists so there aren't some of the negatives you might find in other places that use ABA.
Our experience with BrainBuilders was very positive.
