Posting for family members who expect to be in D.C. for a weekend in the near future, staying in an Airbnb. What are the options for kosher takeout in the Georgetown area? They won't be able to travel to Silver Spring or whatever.
If no takeout, is there a supermarket where they could get good-quality kosher packaged cold cuts?
Many thanks

I've ordered Shabbos food from Shalom/Max's in Silver Spring and had it delivered to hotels in DC. It worked out well. You can also do takeout from the fleishig restaurant, Char Bar https://www.charbardc.com/. There is a vegan place called Souper Girl that has salads and sandwiches (and of course soup, which would not be hot) https://thesoupergirl.com/. Groceries are available at Whole Foods 1440 P Street, NW but they would have items such as dips, chummus and crackers which would be more appropriate for Shalasheudus. Just a final point, there are a number of Chabad minyanim that had sign up meals for after davening. Not sure what the current status is, but worth checking. Also, Kesher Israel has a section on food and home hospitality on its website https://www.kesher.org/.
