I'm making in big foils for a sheva berochos after Yom Tov.
My kugel always falls apart when try to cut into neat presentable pieces.
Cut when frozen? I'm not sure if it'll work but happy to hear some ideas please.
Or should I just make individual ones, which are more work and more expensive?

Bake the kugel in a pan lined with parchment paper. Cut the kugel when it's cold.

Thanks.
Is there anyway to bake it differently, or the amount of ingredients that will make it stick together more, like the store bought ones?

Higher ratio of eggs to oil and chill it overnight in the fridge before cutting.

Thanks so much
I'm probably making it in advance, does it need to be fresh?
So do I chill, then cut, then freeze?
Thanks
