I am shivering. Right after I ate and drank a little I started shivering and now hours later I keep shivering on an off.
Is this normal? What’s wrong with me?

You might want to check your blood sugar. Maybe you can go to a quick service medical center for a checkup.

It’s normal. Just lie down and wait for it to go away.

It’s normal- the fast was very hard on your body and your blood sugar got very low. Try to keep very hydrated, the best thing would be to make yourself a homemade electrolyte drink. As well as eat what you can. If you’re worse tomorrow you can check it out with a doctor. Feel good.

Happens to me all the time- my kids used to set the table with a sweatshirt on the back of my chair.
