Thanks for the reply, that school looks great!

Anyone else aware of a Lakewood option?
If not actually Montessori, anything like-minded or close to that?

Thanks

There’s a Montessori playgroup in Howell - sorry I don’t have contact information. And there’s Bnos Sarah elementary but it’s not a Montessori.

Aim high preschool on woodland drive (it’s off valley which is off central)
They have 2, 3 and 4 year old groups

I sent my daughter there for kindergarten because the morah I wanted started working there. I don’t know much about Montessori but I know they officially incorporate that style.

Thank you, do you have contact information?
Can you tell me about your experience, and what they do differently from a typical playgroup?

The office is (732) 901-0018
I have no idea lol but we had a great year there. The morahs were all top notch

16 girls in the class
A morning teacher, an afternoon teacher, and a shadow for a kid who acted as an assistant too, plus floating assistant or shadow, and a floor time supervisor.

So it’s one class?
How old was your child that year and where did she go from there?

I don't but I know others that do.

Mrs. Yocheved Finkelstein owns/runs it. There's around 10 girls in a class which is made up of around 2 grades/ages. It's an extremely welcoming, friendly and happy environment where all the girls are truly happy. They truly shine and love each and every day and lesson in school. There's amazing teachers who really put their all into the students and the lessons.

Would be happy to answer any other questions you have.

One class per age. I think they have a boys kindergarten class this year too. 2 and 3 year old are boys and girls together.
I sent for kindergarten (4 year olds) and she’s in Bnos yaakov this year. Afaik the girls all went on to regular lkwd schools. Bnos melech, Bnos yaakov, bnos tzippa, Bais faiga, Bais Rivka Rochel… there were 16 in the class.

Thank you!
Do they have all ages, primary through 8th?
Where is the school located?
Do you know anything about the school’s hashkafa and the type of families that send there?

Also, curious why they’re Montessori style, and not called Montessori?
