You can do this with Salmon Steaks or Salmon Fillet (I use the skinless boneless fillets from Costco)

Low-fat Salmon with "Cream" Sauce

1 cup plain yogurt (whatever fat content you want!)
1 1/2 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. grated onion
2 tsp. grated lemon-rind
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. paprika
4 drops Tabasco sauce
1 1/2 lb salmon steaks

1. Preheat oven to 350o F

2. In a small bowl, blend everything (except the salmon), together.

3. Place salmon in a shallow 2 quart baking dish; pour sauce over.

4. Bake 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

This is good hot or cold!
I usually serve it with couscous.
