I ordered one of the cakes above for my daughter’s 19 birthday in seminary. She and her friends loved it.

I shaped the number using cupcakes and then decorating ontop of the cream. Placed it on a cutting board. 2 next to each other, unless you have one big one. Put done hard colored paper and wrote with some type of gel ink or paint happy birthday with name on the paper.
