My teenage son did very well with Differin. Then he stopped using it for a while, and has some pimples, but not a terrible break out. I asked him a few weeks ago to start using the differin, but he pointed out that it makes the acne worse before getting better, and since we have a family simcha soon, it doesn't make sense.
Does anyone one have any ideas as to how to reduce the pimples with one week left until the simcha?

Saw palmetto and vitex work really well for me within a week. Manuka honey topically, and also salicylic acid
