What's standard in chasidish circles (In Boro Park) to tip:
Bus Driver
Bus Teachers
Babysitter
Teachers
Assistants

I don't know whats standard is but I can say what I'm gonna give.
Bus driver: 50
Bus Rebbe: 30
Babysitter: (babysitts my baby 2x a week) 100 and a little gift.
Rebbes: (Only have boys) 200-300 each rebbe
My Kids don't have assistants in their classrooms but when they did have in kindergarten I gave half of what I gave the rebbe.

2 in cheider and a baby. We are middle class regular people. The reason we give generously is because we know that Rebbes jobs are very underrated and underpaid. My husband makes a effort to give at every pta, chanukah and purim at least 200 dollars to each Rebbe.

$100 to melamdim . I would give $100 to girls teachers too but there are way more teachers and I can’t afford that. I will give $50 for teachers

I only tip pre school teachers. For the older grades, the school collects money and the teachers get a gift.

I've come to realize that assistants work harder than the Rebba or teacher. I give them the same amount as the teachers. They're the shlak shamos that do all the dirty work plus.
