I just got this built in convection oven/microwave combo. Now I know that you can't put metal into a microwave. And that's what the manual says. So how do I use this as an oven??? Manual said for example, to bake pizza using a metal pan.
Is it just on the microwave setting that it's unsafe?

Yes on the microwave setting you can't use metal but on the convection setting you can use a metal pan.

Also, its safe to leave the metal rack inside, even when using the microwave

I had the same questions when I got mine.
Yes, I think your supposed to keep in the rack when you use the microwave
I still don’t know how to use mine..
What type do you have? Maybe we can figure it out together…
So far I figured out how to make potatoes and frozen vegetables. Recently I figured out how to defrost bagels and rolls.
I still need a lot help because I know it’s capable of doing lots more.

I don't know how to use it! I want to be able to make dairy food in it. I need to take time with either the manual or a YouTube instructional video and see if I get any smarter lol.
