I have this idea in my head but don't know how to make up recipes. I'd like to make a shepherd's pie type supper but instead of mashed potatoes, have a scalloped potatoes type of topping. Everything in my search results on Google has dairy in it. Has anyone ever made something like this or seen a kosher recipe?
