Could just be a stomach ache.
But
Any regression should be checked by a competent pediatrician.

If baby refuses once then it might be gas or just not feeling well. However, if it is a regression or suspected regression- go to your pediatrician.

If they had the ability before and now don't have the ability, I'd take that straight to the pediatrician.

If it's been persistent and not due to being under the weather or gassiness causing discomfort when on her belly definitely consult your pediatrician. Any regression is cause for concern. Has she shown any funny movements or startle reactions? Not to be alarming but I would ask the pediatrician if he thinks you should rule out infantile spasms

She can’t? Or she just hates it?

Does she hold her head up when her stomach isn't being pressed? Is it a problem/pain with the head muscles or with lying on her stomach?

I just had this with my baby. One session of craniosacral therapy corrected it bh. I wish I could send you a pic of my 5 month old right now on the floor, holding her head up and playing with a toy. A few weeks ago, she'd just put her head down and not even try to pick it up.
