My 4 yr old came to my bed last night with a nightmare. This morning, I was leaning my head next ot his when I noticed he was grinding his teeth in his sleep.
Is this something I should be concerned about now?
(Dh sleeps with a nightguard because he grinds, is this a hereditary thing?)
DD has dentist appointment next week, so I will ask him then, but I was wondering if anyone else had explored this issue...
