Most of these things sound like gifts for the house, not for OP.
OP, how much money is dh willing to spend and what sort of things do you like to get that are for YOU? Dh can get the same kind of thing, just made in Israel. Too bad you don't like jewelry, Israeli jewelry is stunning. But if you don't, you don't. What about perfume, scarves (head or otherwise), leather goods like belts, wallet, glasses case. silver pillbox, mother-of-pearl or olivewood jewelry box. The shuk is teeming with all kinds of handicrafts. Israeli silver is supposed to be really good. How about new candlesticks?

I'm weird in that I prefer consumables and the value of a gift from Israel is, for me, the fact that it's from Israel, so I'm easy to please. Just bring me a big chunk of halvah studded with almonds, cashews or pistachios; a tube or three of Israeli hand cream or toothpaste; or an assortment of exotic spices or Wissotsky (or other brand) teas in a wooden box or fragrant soap or Dead Sea mud pack or a bottle of primo olive oil or a make-your-own falafel kit and I'm a happy, happy camper. It's not that I can't get halvah or olive oil or Elite gum or Wissotsky tea or even Dead Sea skin care products here, of course I can, but there's something special about having been brought just for me straight from Israel....and it's probably way fresher, too.
