Not anything fancy, would just love ideas for Motzei Shabbos that are nice and filling and don’t take ages to make.
We don’t usually have a lot of leftovers from Shabbos and sometimes my husband and older kids are still fleishig but I realized I need to plan this kind of thing into my menu for winter Shabboses.
Some ideas I had:
Focaccia or homemade pizza (but takes a while because of the size of our oven and we don’t always have a dairy oven available)
Pasta (I like to save that for emergencies during the week)
Cheese toast

Motzei shabbos is almost always pasta. Sometimes I make instant pot risotto but my kids dont like it as much.
