I debated this and ended up getting cheap zebra blinds from Home Depot. Haven’t tried to clean them yet, but they weren’t such an investment anyway.

I don’t wipe them down. They are dark color and don’t look dirty.… and they are up during the day when I’m doing most of my cooking.

There’s one shade per window. I have three windows together so there are three separate shades.
