Whats the quickest easiest (preferably no blender needed) Chia Seed pudding recipe that tastes good?

There’s a 3 ingredient one, with honey milk chia seeds, and maybe vanilla.
Google the exact amts.
Add fruit on top like an açaí bowl when done.

My nutritionist recommends 2 tbsp over a Greek yogurt daily. Makes it easier and doable.

I just mix 3 tbsp of whole chia seeds with a cup or so of almond milk, and add honey and vanilla. I don't know if it's amazing, but it's fine. (Need to stir first, then wait 15 min or so and stir again or it won't gel.)
