In one pot, cook up half pkg yellow and half pkg green split peas.
In another pot, saute with a bit of oil, 1 diced onion, 5 chopped garlic, 2 squash (peeled and chopped in the food processor, 3 carrots (peeled and chopped in the food processor), 4 stalks celery (diced by hand), and 1 red pepper (diced by hand).
Once the split peas are soft, blend them and add them to the vegetable pot. Add salt and pepper and water until the soup reaches desired consistency. Cook until vegetables are soft.

Adding on what happened after I posted: I went out to a wedding, ate nothing there, but when I came back was feeling snacky, but this time I did better than chips: I had about 7 grapes and a handful of roasted cashews.

Dunkin donuts latte with almond milk and splenda
2 bowls of Russian slaw

Half bowl orzo
1/2 plate Breaded cauliflower mixed with 2 slices of cheese and vodka sauce
1/4 of a container of so delicious cashew caramel cluster ice cream
Diet snapple but I also make sure to have at least 24 oz of water

supper: 1 orange, 2 hard boiled eggs, small cucumber salad, some breaded broccoli, and peas. daikon-radish.
need to vary my proteins, too many eggs

I find that while some of these responses don't sit well with me, it was 100% clear to me what I was opening when I chose to open it.
Personally, I think the title of this thread is clear enough that it's enough of a warning for someone who may be triggered.

Breakfast: One slice ww bread, two eggs omelet w one slice of mozzarella cheese, and a coffee (decaf with milk and stevia.)
Lunch: Plain Greek yogurt w a cup of homemade granola.
Supper: Goulash (beef stew w carrots and nukerlach from Family First) - 2 plates.
Snack: Peanut butter chocolate chip bar, I had one between lunch and supper and one after supper. And a "healthy oatmeal ball". Drinking tea now, and not eating anymore tonight.
This is pretty much my daily menu though supper is different every night. And amount of snacks depends on how hungry I am.
