If I don’t eat past 5 I usually lose weight even if what I eat is not really dietetic

I’ll join this thread.
Breakfast: 100 calorie Greek yogurt and protein bar
Lunch: egg white omelet with sautéed vegetables
Dinner: 4 pieces brown rice sushi
Snack: Granny Smith apple
Lots of black coffee throughout the day

Hmmm lets see if I remember...
Baked Salmon with jalapeño dip and Pretzels
Another slice Salmon with jalapeño dip and grilled vegetables.
A coffee and 2 rugalach
And I chew gum a lot throughout the day if that counts as food...

1 small latte with almond milk and splenda
Salad with a few tb chummus
1 plate grilled veggies and cauliflower
4 meatballs
1/ 2 bowl rice
1 bowl asian cabbage salad
1 apple juice drink box

I’ll bite:
No Breakfast
Lunch was Greek yogurt with a banana and granola
About 3:00 I had some pastry
Noshed on potato chips
Supper was Mac and cheese and a little bit of smoothie
2 cups of coffee and 2 cups of decaf
My eating habits are erratic.

It helped for a few hours yesterday, but at night I ate so many candies, I was afraid to post Here
I'm cheating in my own game...
Let me see if I remember what I ate yesterday.
In the morning I had cheese cake with coffee
Then a slice of pepper jack cheese with farmer cheese and a whole pack of the organic girl leaves (no judging)
Then later I had a whole box of blueberries (I was starving)
Then two whole bowls of vegetable soup with Osem soup croutons
Then I had a small bowl of Meatballs and spaghetti left over from yesterday's supper (only the spaghetti was made again today)
And THEN, I had a whole handful of those twizzlers bites and I have a BIG hand! And I also had a bunch of Gummi bears and now I feel so sick. But look at me! I posted it. I am not going to cheat in my own game.
And you know what?
Now that I was brave and posted it, I see that I beat myself up about it yesterday, but really, it's maybe 20 pieces of candy after a whole day of eating right...
My glucose level won't agree, but really, I can have some compassion for myself... it wasn't that bad a slip.

yesterday's food intake:
coffee
whole milk yogurt with one oz. granola
cabbage salad with a little dressing, and a few pieces of nuts
1 dairy chocolate covered rice cake, 2 servings dairy 80cal ice cream, coffee
supper: huge salad, salmon fillet, 1 Tb. sorbet
ETA to my supper 1 1/2 scrambled eggs, and greek yogurt cheese snack

Can I ask how you eat the orgnic girl leaves? You check them youself?

Morning: plate of vegetable soup that was left on a low fire overnight by mistake and it was totally brown! But yum
Noon: A whole bodek bag of iceberg lettuce (don't judge, k?) With some sprouts and a cucumber and an egg and a slice of pepper jack cheese
Then I had 2(!) Klein platinum ice cream bars.
Then, I craved rugulach, knowing I'll be fleishigs after supper, but said to myself no, I'll eat those oatmeal cookies instead,and so I quickly made the cookies from the recipe above (I used 1 cup of white flour and one cup of coconut flour instead of 2 cups of flour) then I had like 5 chicken wings and 3 large cookies and 2 peanut chews (the healthier kind from those bags individually wrapped ones)
I will try to stop eating after 5 (or 5:30 today cause that's the last I ate) cause someone up thread said that she eats whatever but stops at 5. Lemme see if it works for me.

2ww toast, scrambled egg with 1 American cheese, plate of vegetable salad.
salmon tail, vegetable salad, 40 almonds, 2 dried pineapple tidbits,
coffee, 4 pieces bamba snack, and similar amount of popcorn. my 2 preschoolers insisted to feed me
1 medium daikon, 1 chicken patty, 1/4 baked sweet potato, 1 choco covered rice cake.
