We just got back to America from Israel.
For the past few days my kids have been getting up at 4:30 and 5:30am. I'm going crazy. They usually get up at 7:30/8 every day.
They also go to sleep a bit earlier now but I can't keep them up anymore. They crash.
Help!!!

Wait a few more days. The advice is jet lasts day for every hour of time difference.
My kids wake up at 6 in regular times and we’re waking at 2:30/3am the first 5 days back. It’s been 2 weeks and they are waking around 6 now.
We’ve done this flight a dozen times with toddlers. Par for the course (but exhausting)
