We’re going to a place where it’s hard to get cholov Yisroel. Can I pack a bottle of frozen milk?
How about a few water bottles in checked luggage?
We’re flying frontier… anyone know?
Would help us a lot if we could bring…

Yes. TSA even allows it onto the plane if it’s frozen solid.

You said checked. Checked is fine. It's cold in the air, they will probably stay frozen. Pack inside a garbage bag just in case.
BTW. You can bring FROZEN liquid in carry on, but they'll make you pour out whatever has melted.

You can put liquids in your checked bags, just wrap well so it doesn't bust and leak. Pack it frozen solid so it doesn't go bad, it should stay frozen in the cargo hold
