Cucumber and chummus
Crust of a slice of pizza
1 plate of Brocolli with 2 pieces of cheddar cheese and vodka sauce
7 pieces breaded brocolli
1 large piece of schnitzel
1/4 container of so delicious caramel cluster cashew ice cream

Didn’t do so good today …
For some reason I was RAVENOUS
Breakfast:
Coffee with oat milk
2 spelt banana muffins
Lunch:
1 WW toast with cream cheese
1 small slice homemade pizza
Dinner:
4/5 chicken fingers
Mashed potatoes
Pepper and cucumbers with lemon and oil
So many carbs ðŸ˜

Breakfast-
2 slices whole wheat bread with pb2 and a spoon of marshmallow fluff
Coffee with stevia and almond milk
Still hungry an hour later so I had a cup of Kamut cereal with Splenda and almond milk
Snack
Weight watchers snack bag
Kind kids bar
Lunch-
2 scrambled eggs with a slice of reduced fat American cheese- melted
Fat free cottage cheese
String beans
2 cups Kamut cereal with Splenda and almond milk (Kamut cereal is puffed air- I mean puffed wheat…)
Supper-
Salmon
Fiber gourmet pasta (3oz )with melted slice reduced fat American cheese
Green peas
Many cups of diet Snapple

Yesterday I had 2 chocolate bars first thing in the morning which is a big no-no for diabetics.
A bit of avocado
Then I had fish with lemon juice squeezed into it and vegetables
Cottage cheese with olives
Apple
Chicken soup
I probably ate more stuff I can't remember... I realize that when I don't think about this thread I eat without remembering what I ate...

Yesterday
3 soft boiled eggs
1 cup blueberries
3/4 plain bagel
5 T prepared tuna
4 baby carrots
1 bowl mushroom barley soup
1 piece of chicken
1 potato
1/2 onion
1 T oil
All this was below 1350 calories and then my mother stopped by with 2 rolls of raw fish sushi and according to Google, each roll is 350 calories??? Ouch. Feel like I wasted my hard work.
But today is a new day! It'll be good.

Burger in a wrap with sweet potato fries
3 gluten free pretzels
3 random pieces of cauliflower
Again too many carbs but I crave it
Ik to some this isn’t a lot of food but I’m recovering from an ED so for me it’s tons
