Last week my dd ate a red pepper and dribbled a lot of the juice all over her Shabbos dress. I got around to washing it and the stain is still there. What should I do to get it out?

wash it with anything (even dish soap) and dry it in the sun. if it's a colored shirt, it'll fade a bit, but the stain should definitely come out.

I threw it in the machine and dried it in the sun. Its a pink and white checkered jumper and the red is (although lighter of course) still there.

you can also try oven spray. that sometimes works on tough stains.
