Is this done? Do girls deliver mm to their principal? I’m assuming not to the teachers because there are too many…

In a small school, where you have a relationship with the principal, maybe.
I went to a school with 1,500 girls, and you rarely saw the principal unless you were in serious trouble. Never occurred to us to give her mishloach manot.

I send to a small-ish school. For a few years my girls went, but last year I sent it to school.

As a teacher in 2 Lakewood high schools, let me tell you my take: It seems to me that more than half the students give the principals, and then some girls give to the teachers they are close with or really appreciate their lessons.

I've taught / teach in a few Lakewood high schools and yes, many girls do give mm to principals. Some before Purim, but most go to their house on Purim. And mommies, if your daughter has a particular teacher or two (out of 16) that she really gains from - give her one too! It's a big chizuk to the teacher, and very treasured because it's not often done.
