Buy a pickled brisket from your butcher. Either put in a pot cover with water with a little more than just covering. Cook on low simmer for 4-5 hours. Or you can do the same but bake it. Put it in a pan. Bake on 350 for 4-5 hours.

Ribs made with the above easy peasy recipe, are kid/teen pleasers.

Im looking for atypical meats that are very easy to make and are a bit unusual and kid/teen pleasers.

French roast. Cover on ketchup. Sprinkle onion soup mix on top. Pour coke or cherry coke around the roast. Not diet. Bake on 270 for 5-7 hours

For the purim seuda, I sometimes make noodles with cabbage and pastrami. Pour over some duck sauce. Always a hit.

Anyone have any uniquely finger licking, good to the last drop, beef recipes, that can be made in a crockpot?

Sliced onions under meat
Mix ketchup, light brown sugar and soy sauce pour over whatever meat you have. I don’t measure exactly but it would be approximately equal amounts of ketchup and sugar and half that amount of soy sauce.
I usually do it on minute steak or roast and bake in the oven on 300 for a few hours but I’m sure it can be done in a crockpot also.

You cook it in the plastic or remove first ?
