Basic recipe is

2 lbs good quality bittersweet chocolate
1 lb praline paste

Melt the chocolate and praline in a double boiler. Stir until smooth. You can stir in candied crushed nuts and/or rice krispies, extract.

Pour into mold. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
