I have frozen leftover cholent meat from last week's cholent. I don't have meat this week. Can I make a cholent and just add the meat from last week? I'm talking from a food prep standpoint, not halachik. Can already cooked meat cook for 20 more hours and have a good taste and texture?

Yes, you can. My best cholent is when I use leftover roast beef and gravy😋. It will likely fall apart from all that long slow cooking, but it’s fine.

I agree that it will probably be fine. Just don't tell anyone that that is what you are doing......

No reason why not. I even put leftover cholent into the next week's chicken soup and have a meat soup instead.
