We like atara. It's pretty cheap. I don't eat rabbanut so I can't comment on if it's cleaner/and cheaper.

Depends what hechsher, and frozen or fresh...
if you want "top" hechsher fresh really nice, perfectly clean cut up how you want it, hockers in Ramot delivers and is prob the best for that. - if you buy the whole chicken and tell them how you want it. that the nicest and cheapest for what your getting.
kehillos is also pretty clean - the frozen too
