How much do these usually cost per shabbos/weekend?
- Is there a difference between neighborhoods? (Ie do the Toms River ones charge more or less than those in other locations?)
Don’t need one of those enormous mansions for 50+ people, more like 35 ppl (and lots of those are babies/little kids).
Specific recommendations for nice homes also welcome. Kosher kitchen is a must.
Thanks in advance!!

How can you trust that the kitchen is kosher when you have no idea who's stayed there in the past and what they cooked there and what their standards if any are?

You could double wrap everything but it's still better in a kosher house. A lot for he places literally do only rent to heimish/ yeshivish using only frum agents and clientele . But you could still double wrap

My family did this once. We found that there's a very big range, like $3k -$7k. When we priced around, toms river houses were more pricey. But some are word of mouth...so don't know what else is out there.
