What middle names go with Rus? I’m open to more than one, some of my kids have three names, but we’d really like Rus to be first. And are there nicknames?

Rusi, or if you want the Israeli or Sefardi havarah it would be Ruti.
And if you are only calling her Rus (or Rusi or Ruti) then why does it matter if it “goes” with Rus? Why not just use a middle name that you like and means something to you…

It’s so short though. And I like to give multiple names so they have the option of going by a middle name if they so choose.
And perhaps I’ll edit my OP - I actually don’t mean “goes with” as in “sounds nice” I mean has some sort of meaning. There was an imamother member here years ago who named her son Netanel Simcha -“God gave happiness” and I think this sort of thing is really cool, and I’ve tried to do it for all my kids.
(Of course then the question becomes what does Rus mean….)

My Rus is Rus Rochael but to be honest it
Doesn’t “mean” anything, just happened that the grandmother she was named after was a Rochael but had the English name Ruth and we couldn’t agree on which to use.
