How can I remove stains from Yo-yo stroller?

Yes I washed the inserts in the machine but not all stains came out. I have the green fabric one. Anyone has any suggestions pls?

I dissolve oxy powder in hot water, add some cold water and then soak for a few hours. After that I wash it in the machine.
