Does anyone have an easy recipe for making pita? I was thinking that pita are less messy than bread or rolls and my kids would enjoy them as a treat. And in this lead up to pesach where my little kids are NOT good at only eating at the table. I can blink and toddler has wandered off or miraculously found something chometz. And obviously ds can't make do with non-messy chometz, it's trailing cheerios (now thrown out), crumbly rolls etc.

I don't have access to that recipe book. Would you be able to post the recipe?
