Anyone have a recipe for kosher for pesach doughless potato knishes / knish kugel. I plan on making it individual in muffin tins so bonus if you know the cooking time for that.
My only concern is if they're gonna slide out easily from the muffin pans. I don't want to use tons of oil. I'm thinking of just doing it in a loaf pan and brushing with egg.

I used spray and they came out nicely
