For NMB you can try Voey Berger - 305-761-1648.
But speak to her first, don't just assume everything she posts is in the frum area. Because of the crazy high real estate prices in NMB and the scarcity of homes available, people are branching out a bit to other areas outside of the community and she posts heavily about homes in those areas. So definitely speak to her first to get an idea of which parts of the neighborhood you'd be comfortable in and have those parameters in mind when looking at an address.
