Now that Bowery brand leafy greens are being dsold in kosher stores w a Hechsher, I very much prefer not having to check leafy greens. But I wondered how organically grown produce, compares to Greenhouse grown produce, so I googled. Organic seems better.Greenhouse grown leafy greens (such as the Bowery brand) can still be grown on soil with toxins.
