According to OU R' Elefant, we only need new lipsticks for Pesach? Is that what I read?
I used to spend precious time and money buying new makeup and skin care, every year.

Correct, he is my kashrus authority forever and I only get a new lipstick for Pesach every year. This year I'm not bothering and just won't wear lipstick on Pesach, everything else I use same as year round

Yes. I close my lips when I’m putting on foundation powder with a big fluffy brush on Pesach.
