ISO recipe for silver tip roast that will be good when it’s reheated. I’ve found it often gets dry when it’s not fresh.
OR, a recipe that I can prepare in a foil pan now, and stick in my oven at 250 a few hours before the meal!
Thanks!

Its supposed to be roasted dry on a high temp like roast beef. I would rather serve it room temp like you would serve London Broil.
When I tried to cook it low and slow it was terrible. Its too lean.

Thank you!
Any way to make it so that it can be rewarded and served hot?

I would slice, arrange on a platter/meat board, cover with foil, and let come to room temp. Serve with little bowls of sauces.
