Oil pan on medium flame, while it warms up put Sauce on matzah, put in pan, add cheese, flip over and cook for another min so cheese melts and then take off.

Do you eat gebruchts? Grease and preheat frying pan. Put cheese in hot frying pan. Pour sauce over cheese. Put matzo on sauce and fry. Flip onto plate when fully cooked.

Heat sauce in a saucepan. Remove from heat and add shredded cheese. Spoon onto matza.
DS added more cheese on top.

Use low heat and a lid (or piece of silver foil). This way matzah doesn't burn but cheese melts really nicely.
