Hi. We don't use cocoa (or baking soda/powder etc) and my daughter wants to bake cupcakes. Would much appreciate if anyone has a recipe to share.

I do reg sponge cake recipe in cupcake liners, same thing...

Muffins

2 eggs
2 overripe bananas
1 1/2 cups almond flour
4-5 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp orange juice
1 tbsp vanilla sugar
1 pinch salt

375 degrees, 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
