Im really frustrated at our guest(couple) that we tried inviting for shabbat seuda a few days ago. they still didnt confirm yet-we tried calling them but they didnt answer the phone. I told my husband that im only cooking for my family.. its not right to leave us hanging without a plan

I've been in your position before. Just send them a text saying "since I have not heard from you, let's do a rain check and plan for another week." This will let them know the invitation is off the table.

It's a very hectic timing to think about shabbos plans over pesach. You can text them a reminder.
